Half the world away

Losing someone you love is possibly the worst feeling you ever have. But what if you're losing someone you love but you never had the chance to get to know the person or the other way around? Trying to be strong but don't know what to do. Memories will last forever but what could you do if there aren't enough to remember. You were too young and never thought about the end, never thought there wouldn't be any time left to make memories together, to tell each others stories. Never had the chance to do so because family is living far apart from each other, nearly half the world away.
